Can you believe it? It’s the last day of the year! What did God do in our lives in 2004? I don’t know about you, but before I tear off the last page of my page-a-day calendar, I want to look back and ponder this question.

Doing so is not a novel exercise. Throughout the Bible, in prayers, and during celebrations, leaders took time to look back at the great acts of the Lord. As they remembered what God did in the past, their hearts were not only filled with gratitude but also strengthened with hope for the future.

This year-end activity will certainly give us a faith boost. It’s also a great way to praise God for his faithfulness. How about doing it today, before the clock strikes midnight?
